You'll walk away with clear, actionable advice tailored to your lifestyle and goals, so you can start making meaningful progress right away.

Follow-up sessions available for continued education, on-going analysis of health and performance status, support, and accountability.

About Kelly Murphy

Kelly Murphy is a registered and licensed dietitian who has been a nutrition practitioner for over ten years. In addition, she is a certified strength and conditioning coach, giving her a unique understanding of the physiological and biochemical workings of the body for optimizing health and performance. She has years of experience working as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach and sport dietitian. She works with individuals, athletes, and teams from all different sports helping them to achieve their nutrition and performance goals. She has a bachelor of science in Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in Dietetics from Cornell University, where she also was a four year varsity soccer player, and a master’s degree from Columbia University in Applied Exercise Physiology.Her credentials include: Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Dietitian (LD), Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
